Lemon Velvet Cake

recipe from Clarine Downs

1 lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup water

Mix together and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. (Carolyn used a 9 x 13 pan.)

Icing:
1/3 cup orange juice (undiluted)
2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. vegetable oil
